General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement that applies to the use of the babu88 platform and all its services. These Terms are entered into between the user ("Member") and the entity operating babu88.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register with babu88 and use its services, a Member must be at least 21 years of age. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to create an account. babu88 may request identity documents or proof of age at any time for age verification.

2.2 Registration Terms

Each Member may create only one account. Having more than one account is strictly prohibited, and in such cases babu88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit the related funds.

At the time of registration, the Member must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Active mobile number
• Correct date of birth
• Valid email address (if applicable)

If false information is provided, the account will be permanently closed and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

babu88 services are available in specific regions only. Residents of regions where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use this platform. It is solely the Member's responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their own region.

Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

The Member is responsible for keeping their username and password completely confidential. Giving anyone else access to their account or sharing login credentials is prohibited. Any transaction carried out using the Member's account will be treated as the Member's own action.

3.2 What to Do if the Account is Compromised

If a Member believes that their account security has been breached or that someone has gained unauthorised access, they must notify the babu88 customer support team immediately. Failure to report in a timely manner may result in the Member bearing responsibility for any resulting loss.

3.3 Account Verification

babu88 reserves the right to verify a Member's identity and information at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time after a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended. This verification process is conducted for the protection of all Members.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

babu88 currently accepts deposits through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Transaction Terms

Members must transact using a mobile financial service account registered in their own name. Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account is prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

babu88 reserves the right to delay or suspend transaction processing without additional verification if unusual transaction activity is detected.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

babu88 offers new Members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: if a Member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total wager of ৳25,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

The following conditions apply to the use of bonus funds:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Bonuses may only be usable in specified games or sections.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• babu88 reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw an offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

babu88's VIP Program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. babu88 may change VIP benefits and award terms at its own discretion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Decisions

Every bet is placed at the Member's own decision and entirely at their own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless babu88 determines that a technical error requires it to be reconsidered.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software or server error causes incorrect odds, amounts, or results to be displayed, babu88 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet or transaction. Winnings from bets placed at clearly incorrect odds will not be paid out.

6.3 Game Results

The results of all games, including live casino and slot games, are determined by the respective game provider's system. For disputes regarding results, the Member must submit a complaint through customer support, and a decision will be communicated after the necessary investigation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on babu88:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Using multiple accounts strategically to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate any software or system on the platform.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Transacting funds on this platform that originate from illegal sources.
• Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other Members.
• Operating an account using a false identity or the identity of a third party.

If any of the above activities are detected, the associated account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. babu88 also reserves the right to take legal action as applicable under relevant laws.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by babu88

babu88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• An order from a court or government authority.

8.2 Closure at the Member's Request

If a Member wishes to close their own account, they must contact the customer support team. The Member will be given the opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals before the account is closed; however, funds may be held if an investigation is ongoing.

Limitation of Liability

babu88 is not liable for the following in connection with use of the platform:

• Any loss or inconvenience caused by internet connectivity or third-party service providers.
• Any loss resulting from security issues with the Member's own device.
• Service disruption due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, etc.).
• Any financial loss arising from the Member's own negligence or breach of the rules.

babu88 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or special damages. The maximum liability of the platform is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

Privacy and Data Protection
